Chick-fil-a - Orlando

I was recently on this kick to remove all Fast Food from my life, I have much better at cooking at home, but I already know that Chick-Fil-A will be in line last because the food is fantastic and the service is unrealistic. If you have ever seen these videos where someone from gas in his drive thru and one of their workers runs over a gas station to help them get home, believe the hype. I just had a problem with my scooter and one of the workers overheard me telling someone, I think his name was Jordan, ran to his car to give me some straps to help my situation. These people are fantastic.

Every time we come to this CFA, they go beyond and beyond us! We love Mr. Sam and Mrs. Tammy, they always remember the names of the children, come by and say hello, etc. Today the leaders had a meeting on the playground and when they saw that the children waited to go and play, they pulled their meeting somewhere else so they could play.

My husband waited 30 minutes in the car-dru line for food before he decided to go and leave. He had to pick me and my son from the urgent care to get us to the FUNERAL in time, and the terrible manager of this store refused to pay us back for our order we never received. Your reason was that it had been a week before to apply for the refund. That was because we were out of town for the funeral and had no chance to call until we were back home. AWFUL customer service! And from the reviews here it looks like the food? ve was terrible anyway.

A McDonalds conversion I stayed in this Chick-fil-A for breakfast for three. I was very disappointed. The cookies were hard on the bottom and the tops broken to pieces in our hands. They tasted like they stayed too long or perhaps too long under a heat lamp. The potato rounds lubricated as if they had been fried twice in the old fat. The bacon was hard, fat and chewing. None of this breakfast was fresh tasting as I used to in Chick-fil-A. I hope that was just a free day, but paying a pretty price for breakfast, that was much less than satisfying.

Young man taking orders David. Was a pure sweet guy. We need more like him. Only disappointment is I got 2 large unsweet teas and all the ice was melted in both. But the tea was awesome any way. Well sorta
