Terrible service! I ordered through DoorDash and got a bacon cheeseburger with no ketchup, no mayo, and no cheese sauce. They added cheese anyway, and the bacon was mostly fat. The fries were cold. Absolutely disgusting! I do not recommend ordering from Checkers.
Told the customer services representative that I wanted a chili dog add cheese. She replied it's a chili dog ma'am it comes with cheese. I know that it didn't, but this young lady wouldn't listen. My order came with no cheese, and completely incorrect.
Love the new ribs they have now, Fries are always the best when hot
The girl at the window was very sweet and she even gave us an extra drink because we had to wait longer than expected. I also thought the automatic ordering machine in the drive-thru was great!
Service was quite slow, as its also a drive through. However staff friendly and food was decent (for fast food).
