This was my 3rd visit here and again they did not disappoint! I we started with the Cast Iron Roasted Tomino Cheese which was served with crusty bread,the Manti (a dumpling dish) and the Beef Carpaccio. All fabulous! The food was delicious. I do not think that there is good management. If you have an issue they are not very helpful. They are not knowledgeable of the menu either. I did not give the food full five stars because the chocolate crème brûlée was not really crème brûlée. There was no crispy top. I did not complain because I already had poor experience with management so didn't think they would care. View all feedback.

This was my third visit, and once again, they did not disappoint! We started with the Cast Iron Roasted Tomino Cheese served with crusty bread, the Manti (a delicious dumpling dish), and the Beef Carpaccio. Everything was fantastic! For our main courses, we enjoyed the Lamb (which was unbelievably good), the Linguini Cacio, and the Spaghetti and Meatballs. All were superb! For dessert, we indulged in the Pistachio Cheesecake. We paired our meal with a beautiful, robust Pinot Noir. The ambiance was delightful, and our server, Lizzie, was exceptional and very attentive to our needs. I genuinely believe this is the BEST restaurant at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort. I will definitely return on our next visit!

We went for magical dining. Our server, Cece (i think that's how you spell it) took great care of us. The food was amazing, I can't wait to come back.
