Anand worked closely with us to create a unique menu that offered our guests a delightful mix of Guyanese, Indian, and Italian cuisines for our Mehendi and Kangan celebrations. Anand expertly managed everything, from traditional vegetarian seven-curry dishes to a variety of poultry, meat, fish, and seafood entrees and appetizers. Our guests were thoroughly impressed by Anand's exceptional preparation and capability to handle service for over 400 people across both days, including cocktails, dinner, and dessert. With some discerning cooks in both our families, we were thrilled that Anand was able to satisfy even the pickiest of palates, leaving everyone wanting more. We highly recommend opting for the full-service package that Anand and his team provide. They managed the complete setup, breakdown, and cleanup seamlessly, doing an incredible job throughout. Our guests left satisfied, and the food was abundant and delicious. Most importantly, our traditional dishes were executed to perfection, allowing our parents and family members to relax without lifting a finger. The vegetarian dishes for our Henna/Mehendi night were absolutely delicious—everyone went back for thirds! On the ceremony night, we enjoyed a West Indian-style 7 curry, which was fantastic! They even prepared sweet bags for our guests, filled with parsad, puri, and mithai to take home. For the reception dinner, we had a delightful mix of West Indian, American, and Italian cuisine. They also set up an appetizer and grazing station featuring samosas, lamb sausages, and BBQ bites, which were a hit!

Anand catered both families in two separate cities for multiple pre-wedding festivities, including catering our wedding weekend. He is an incredible chef and everyone from both sides complimented his cooking. He is professional and amazing to work with during the wedding planning process. As for the food, Anand created a Gujrati and Guyanese menu that blew our guest away. The food is the most important aspect of a wedding, and he delivered delicious dishes.
