Today we have put a mobile order for the chicken avocado sandwich. picked up our food from amy at the mobile pickup, took some spicy, and when we went a few min... read more Today we have put a mobile order for the chicken avocado sandwich. picked up our food from amy at the mobile pickup, took some spicy, and when we went a few minutes, we realized that it wasn't what we ordered. we went back and said to amy that we actually ordered the chicken avocado sandwich (she had given us the plant-based chicken sandwich). both our acknowledgement and their computer screen showed us that we were based the installation, but we opened our my orders section of the universal app and it said we ordered the hühneravocado sandwich. at this point was nothing wrong with this interaction until Amy took the sandwich from our tablet and the plant-based sandwich threw something aggressive in the müll before us. we could say she was angry. she got the sandwich we ordered and put on our tablet and told us that we should set the right order in the future and not change it. we wanted to explain to her that this was not a replacement. we wanted to explain that we never got the sandwich we ordered. her ton became more aggressive and I asked for a manager because I didn't feel comfortable talking to her. She told me she was the manager. she asked if we were vegan. we said no, we just picked up the right sandwich. the conversation ended. what as a small IT mission communication by the app and its system started somehow turned into a argument and the guests were accused by those that we never did wrong. it was a beautiful place where a good day was.

Our food is ready in about 10 minutes. My personal favorite is the coconut chicken salad, while the rest of my family enjoys the burgers and fries.

The ordering process for the app and curbside pickup was not functioning, which was disappointing as it would have helped minimize the wait time. My order was not prepared correctly and I had to return to the counter to have it fixed. The staff were friendly but did not seem bothered when I pointed out the errors in my order. The soda area could have been cleaner. The food was average, like most typical resort fare - lacking in flavor. I was pleased to see they offered plant-based options, but the seasoning was mild. The kids enjoyed the food and couldn't stop eating. There were birds in the trees, adding to the ambiance, but there was a stubborn piece of food on the floor nearby. Overall, it was an okay experience.

I was thrilled to see their plant options, but the seasoned were quite mild. the children loved it, but barely stopped eating. there were birds in the tree (which was good for the ambiente, but a stubborn with the left who had fallen on the floor. they would...ewww.
