Auntie Anne's - Orlando

My experiences here are usually quite good, but this visit was different. I’m not sure if the staff needs better training, but both the employee and the manager seemed clueless. At one point, the manager attempted to hand a bag to a customer, who simply said, “No, I have my order.” My daughter ordered the mini hot dogs wrapped in bread rolls, but they were so large that the hot dog slipped out every time she tried to take a bite. Additionally, the rolls were burnt—how does that even happen? I need to wrap this up because yet another hot dog just ejected from the roll and rolled away towards the shopping mall. On a positive note, do get the cinnamon sticks; they’re worth it!

They had run out of pretzels, and there were two staff members who seemed unhelpful. They only informed us about the pretzels being sold out after we had waited in a 15-minute line and were about to place our order.

I absolutely love Annie's pretzels—they're simply delicious! The place was quite busy, but I noticed that all the employees were wearing masks, and the cashier was washing his hands after each customer. This made me feel very safe and reassured about purchasing my pretzel. My favorite is definitely the almond pretzel with cinnamon!

The shift leader was extremely rude, and due to how rude she was, I ended up just getting a refund. Soo dissapponted. Dont come here. The pretzels have no salt on them, and are not fresh.
