I've consistently received exactly what I asked for. I'm not sure who handled my calls, but I really appreciate how they made it all happen! Keep up the great work, team – you rock!

However, when we walked in, the woman asked the man what time it was and mentioned that they should be closing up and locking the doors. It would have been nice to greet the guests instead. The sandwiches were poorly made given the price. Despite that, we sat outside while we got locked out and still enjoyed the evening.

Although I tried to remain patient and courteous, she became irritated and rude, saying that people like me made her job harder. She even threw my bag of food out the window and slammed the drive-thru window shut. It seemed she was struggling with basic math. On top of that, the sandwiches were poorly made and looked rushed. Arby's, what’s happening with your quality?

You seem to do bet... read more I went through the drive-thru and ordered a double meat roast beef and cheddar, but I received just beef with no cheddar and barely any meat. You seem to do better with chicken sandwiches than roast beef, which is surprising since you’re known for your beef. Maybe it’s worth going inside to make sure the order is correct. It’s disappointing to spend money on what you want, only to be given something different.
