The food is from family style, so you can choose and choose what you want and how much- will not go wrong with one of it, although it was all delicious! If you have an allergy and notify them, they do SUPER well with you to inform you what you have or not and bring an additional portion of food without your allergy into it to ensure that you are completely safe. If you choose a later reservation for dinner and get lucky with table seats, you can also watch the EPCOT fireworks directly from the windows - it was magical!
Sebastian's Bistro was our first introduction to a Walt Disney World dinner and it wasn't disappointed. The butter rolls (with guava butter and caramelized onion jam) and pineapple/walnut salad paired perfectly, and the main course of citrus chicken, slowly boiled mojo pig and grilled flank steak hit the point. Our favorite dish was dessert an amazing coconut pineapple bread pudding, served with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. I recommend a visit! Unique aromas (slots of lime, pineapple, coconut and mango in every bite. I enjoyed every single thing over the 3-course-meal, from super fresh salad to decadent dessert. We were able to go without reservation on a Friday in the late afternoon. Definitely worth the visit. I wasn't a big fan of the Carib camp. It's supposed to be a pineapple camp, but for me it was more like pineapple. Or maybe like these Welch's sparkling juices at New Year's parties...
The food was amazing. The service was amazing. Such a great price for All You can eat family style. Well seasoned meat and sides. But the vegan options were also sooo yummy. And our server, Mo, was just amazing and such a nice guy.
Great start to a vacation — very friendly staff, Elizabeth was wonderful! Food was fresh and flavorful. Nothing particularly spicy, but the salad was delicious and well-dressed, rolls and rice were great, and it is hard to say no to a big plate of meat! Loved the jams and sauces that came on as sides as well. Definitely a great value and an excellent dining experience.
