Wetzel's Pretzels - Orland Park

I would not recommend going back to this restaurant. The portion size was small, there were no dips included, and the small lemonade cost $11.28. The customer service was below average and the prices were extremely high.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. They were very confusing in their communication and service. I ordered pizza bites and they were not what I expected. The server offered me an additional item for free but then asked me to choose what I wanted. It was frustrating that they didn't just offer a clear deal, such as buy two items and get one free. They also charged extra for a drink and lemonade. Another customer complained about the pricing, saying a snack cost the same as a full meal. I asked for a refund and will not be recommending or returning to this place. Businesses should be transparent and clear in their offers.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The cinnamon rolls were delicious and served warm. I would highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning soon. 10 out of 10!

Went there at 845 on Friday night, it shows they're open till 9. Lady at the counter says they're closed. If you're not going to stay open till the time your hours show than update your hours.
