The ADA accessibility is lacking. The staff were unprofessional; the hostess informed us on three separate occasions that their power lift was operational, but it seems they should verify that. The bartender was also not helpful. View all feedback.

I don’t even know where to begin with this review. I’ve never had a bad steak, drink, or experience here. Gibbons has been a family tradition for generations, and it’s just fantastic!
I am writing this review for my parents because, as someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, I am truly shocked by their experience.
