What Nicholas Formentini doesn't like about Taco Bell:
Placed a order at 11:15 just to have them cancel the order an hour later saying they were not open when yes you have been open for over an hour your staff is lazy and disrespectful Chipotle will be getting my 70 dollar plus orders from now on this is ridiculous and don't ask me how we can make this better it's the fourth time and last never again View all feedback.
They barely speak English and they’re making fun of people that bad service and bad employee staff
This is legit the best Taco Bell in Orland Park. My order is so complicated (because I'm extra) and they get it right every time. The employees here are very nice, and because it's located in the mall, you can always find a clean table--something I can't say for the other locations. A new location opened closer to my home and I was hopeful, but after many attempts, they're just not there in terms of customer service and cleanliness. So, if you want your order made correctly by friendly people and to eat it on a clean surface, go here. Oh, and I find it funny when people rate an establishment with one star, and then you look at their other reviews and they're all one star. It's like, is there any pleasing you?

The cashier, Jack D, is the nicest human being I have encountered ever. When I didn't order a drink, he offered me a cup of water and helped me with the straw. When my order was ready, he was very polite, patient, and attentive. I will order taco bell again for the sole purpose of seeing Jack D again.
