While some diners were disappointed by long waits and lackluster service, others praised the promptness and friendliness of the staff. The limited menu options were a downside for some, but overall, the food was described as tasty and well-prepared. Despite some hiccups, many customers still found value in their dining experience at Red Lobster and would consider returning in the future.
The food has improved and has increased the cost. we enjoyed the meal and the increased pricing was worth the better experience.
We went to celebrate my birthday and, while I’ll admit it has been several years since I dined indoors at this restaurant, I couldn’t believe the decline… Restaurant was practically empty and service was still lacking and the food, for the price, lacked value. I even mentioned we were celebrating my birthday in my reservation but nobody ever asked us if we were celebrating anything used to LOVE this place, kinda made me sad and miss the good ole days!
I had a very good dining experience. Susanna was an excellent server!
Father’s Day dinner was good except this is the second time they have forgotten to bring my husband his baked potatoe that he ordered. Otherwise very good.
We didn't get to celebrate Mother's day, so we celebrated both mother's and father's day together, and the food was great, the service was great. It was a great choice.
