I worked as an area manager at Panda Express, and I have never seen a steam table shut down as quickly as this location did. I worked as an area manager at Panda Express, and I have never seen a steam table shut down as quickly as this location did. My wife and I arrived at 8:20 a.m. – they close at 10 – and they had already closed the teriyaki chicken grill. The general manager, Martha, was warm but not very welcoming. When I asked for fresh teriyaki chicken since there was only a small amount left, she told me no. I understand that it can be challenging to maintain a fresh steam table when business slows down, but they should never say no to a paying customer. The treatment we received was inappropriate, and the customer service was terrible.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a large dish, but due to the loud music, they mistakenly served me something I didn't order. If they could lower the volume, it would help them better serve their customers and ensure they receive the correct orders.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is my second visit, and once again, they didn't have half of their menu available. If they can't prepare what's on their menu until later in the evening, then it's not worth my time. I won’t be coming back next time; instead, I'll go somewhere else, and I suggest you do the same.

It's very good and the best thing to get is a bowl with orange chicken and white rice I recommend!
