We used Orland Park Bakery for our wedding cake and cupcakes. They were fantastic to work with the cake tasting to make our dream cake come true. The cake, filling and freezing was delicious. The guests commented how good the cakes and cupcakes were. We couldn't wait for our 1yr anniversary cake and decided to eat it now because it was so good! Customer service was great and they are LGBTQ friendly! View all feedback.

Trying to buy at Orland Park Bakery is an absolutely miserable experience. So all the time, always so complicated to make a purchase! Although their baked goods are delicious, I would prefer shopping anywhere else, even if not so delicious, just to have a more pleasant shopping experience! View all feedback.

1ST TIME going there, and I admit I was a little intimidated seeing it was St Patrick's Day, A Friday morning, oh Lord! But happened to be in the area, and had had their paczki's a few years back, someone had gotten, so I wanted to go. I was not disappointed!!! Once you walk in, there's a line that forms to the right. It was crowded, but the line moved very fast. I let some people go in front of me because I was busy looking at everything.Someone takes your order with an IPad... GREAT idea... maybe a little slow if someone has a huge order... but... you're in a bakery!!! Whoever heard of getting in out in a bakery???????????? It doesn't happen.... Got some cannoli's and I must admit I wasn't that crazy about them, but that's ok. Got a St Patrick's Day torte... a little pricey... but it was really good!! Donuts... hubby said were good. Grabbed a few cookies.. yum!!! now for the finale.... My Paczki's.... I got 1fudge and 1 strawberry..... YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMLoved Loved Loved them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I'll definitely be back!

Was disappointed that the Bretzel bites I planned to bring to a party were already gone, but it is bc they are so a big tray for a gathering or for snacks to pick up at any time. You had the cinnamon sugar, I intend to try them sometime. You also have a hard to find cinnamon-back with chocolate as I love) from a bakery back home in NJ. Variety of everything is great I plan to try a sandwich really soon.
Since I lived in the area, I've been here quite often. Although, a majority of the time, the line is chaotic and unorganized I never had a problem with customer service until the other day. After my order I went towards the cashier and approached the worker who was called Stacy as soon as she screamed next, next, next. I thought that was strange and unnecessary as there were only 5 customers in the store and it was 't as loud as normal, but I approached her to pay for my order, they packed. When I placed my order, I did not see the pretzels that they had behind the counter and said to Stacy I "I'm sorry that I can't see the pretzels I can add a cinnamon to my order they went to sigh in trouble and cried over the restaurant, for the packaging order 79 to add a pretzel. She made her back to the register and didn't say to herself as quiet as she thought I guess nobody sees anything today. I was completely withdrawn and said, apologize to her and she said she wouldn't talk to me. I came to the side after I paid and watched that I am rude with another customer who was just as withdrawn as I tried to pick up a cake and did not know that he should give the lady his name, taking orders. Without saying, if I ever go and I see that she works, I will go immediately and not waste my time, which is judged by a worker without reason. I would rather support another local bakery with friendly staff. It's a shame to have such a bad experience in a place I supported for a while.
