Despite long wait times, the attentive staff and tasty food make it well worth the visit. The breadsticks and Alfredo sauce receive high praise, while some dishes like the chicken shrimp carbonara may disappoint. Servers like Michael provide exceptional service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The racists comments from a server named Norma A deeply tainted an otherwise enjoyable meal, prompting a change in opinion. Despite a few drawbacks, Olive Garden remains a solid choice for tasty and affordable Italian cuisine.
