terrible. repeated order on intercom twice. repeats to employees in the first window at least 4 times. sat on the second window, drinking was wrong. I said it. they like what they were accused of. as if I hadn't ordered. second hired in this window that says the same, go to the 3rd window for eating. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
there are 2 double cheeseburger, french basket . Online order, which are currently in check in and we start their order. live exactly 2 m8nutes after house, everything was ice cold. really sucking but should have gone to burger king View all feedback.
I know, Mickey D's is not a favorite among Yelpers. But ya know, us goin out lovers hit every place imaginable and this is another one. McDonalds are not all the same by far. But this location has their act together. Always friendly, fast and accurate. And that is not the case with other locations for sure. Great food for this category and extra good at this location. Note though that the prices are outrageously too high!
Worse McDonald ever been to because they always give you old food and stale fries plus bad service
If I could give it 1/2 star I would do that. Went to McDonald 's on 179th and Wolf Road and ordered a meal that was to include the new collector glass. I didn 't get a receipt and as it turned out I didn 't get the glass either. When I went back 5 hours later I was told that I couldn 't get the glass because I didn 't have a receipt. I asked to talk to a manager and the kid at the window said there wasn 't really one there. I asked what that meant and he said there wasn 't one there and I should wait until tomorrow and call. I asked for the number to this store and he told me I could look it up. So I did and I called and I spoke to manager and he said that so many people were saying they didn 't get the glass so they could get another one for free. And if I had my receipt it would help. Now....let 's think this through.....let 's say I had a receipt and said I didn 't get the glass......I could still be just trying to get another glass. I am sure these glasses cost McDonald 's about 20 cents. If an old lady tells you she didn 't get a glass just give her the f& glass and move on. So he asked for my name and now I need to go back tomorrow to get the glass. Went back today and as promised oh wait no..,,,they told me that I wasn 't charged for the special glass meal because they were out if them when I placed my order, Do you think someone might have told me that when I placed that order???? Or any of the other times I showed up or called? You do understand that it 's not about the glass, it is about Customer Service or lack of it in this case. Just train your employees better.
Ordered 2 big macks terrible why to much sauce no lettuce, looks like they stepped on them ..never again
What is the point of placing a mobile order 20 minutes prior to arriving at the location just for them to have me wait in a spot because they still don't have it ready? This has happened the last 2 days and all I order is 1 sandwich and a drink.
