The staff here is incredibly attentive, making it the best Jimmy John’s I’ve ever visited! They really go out of their way to help. The location was clean and had a wonderful aroma. They even noticed my dog, Ruby, in the car and left a lovely note on our meat package. It was such a sweet gesture that truly made my day. I absolutely love this place! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I ordered food for delivery more than an hour in advance but never received it. They called us to issue a refund, but they couldn't deliver our food because they claimed they were closing in 5 minutes and the delivery service was unavailable. This is incredibly frustrating! View all feedback.
The food is always great, always on the higher end of the Jimmy John's spectrum. The staff are very friendly, and will always work with you to resolve any issues you have. My one complain is the delivery while only living about 1.5 miles away, the delivery is always 25+ minutes. Overall though, the food and service is great, so I can't complain too much it still beats a 45 minute pizza delivery by a landslide.
Love the people here!!! They make a simple sandwich the best part of my day!!

On 9/21/22 at 12 o'clock I submitted an order by doordash, which showed that this location accepted delivery orders. after my order I get a call from a white man who tells me they don't have a driver and I'd have to pick up my order. I am at work and my whole foundation to put the order by doordash is because the workers have not answered first. I told the worker, I would not be able to pick up this order, he said, then they need to call doordash customer service to get their money back, I said that there is job to cancel the order by doordash to let them know that they can not fulfill the order. I told the worker why they show that they accept delievery orders on doordash if they are not, he tells me that they “forget” to turn it off. I then telephone with the ignorant white female worker who shouts: “I don’t care if you get your money back, that’s not my problem,” she continued to hang in my face. I called back and got the name of the ignorant woman who is kayla when they even tell the truth. if this is how this place deals with problems I would never recommend to get someone even a free cup of water from them. the ignorant white woman must be fired as she speaks with the customers, I will make sure that I complain until they get rid of this legitimate ignorant woman. I hope she sees this, because I will call next sweetheart as a company.
