Jimmy John's - Feedback

What fida salameh doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
This has been the worst experience I've had at Jimmy John's in the past few months. Despite it being the closest location, the staff continually mess up my orders. Today was no exception. They couldn't even cut my sandwich in half properly, and the tuna was only on one side with not enough to spread across. They also forgot to add the extras I requested like jalapenos and onions. I love that this restaurant has remained unchanged since I was a child. The sandwiches are delicious and every bite is enjoyable. The jalapeno chips are my favorite! View all feedback.
