Jamie's Dive - Orland Park

Service Food Great place for lunch. Good portions. Glad I decided to come in! I had the tropical chicken salad and the creamy chicken tortilla soup. The salad had the glaze on the side and then she got me the ginger dressing. I must say I enjoy the glaze more but both are really good! I also had a strawberry lemonade. It's basically gone now! I guess it was good as well. I am full now but I do want dessert. Waitress in bar does a great job! Again I'm glad I came. God bless!

For the price and the ambiance, I expected a better meal. If I was a beer aficionado, maybe it would have appealed to me to give it another star for the amount of beverage choices but I 'm not. Since the beer seemed to be the star and not the food, I am not sure what is their 'thing '. I had the fish (cod) and chips. Not that great. The breading was not seasoned but the fish was decent once I scraped that off. Fries were cooked right but the slaw needed help. Crunchy but another item that lacked flavor. My husband had the burger with a bacon concoction that he didn 't care for but I didnt mind it. At least he found out he was not a fan of arugula that came on it so maybe that is what threw it off for him. If you are into the brewery thing and high prices for food that does not match them, this place is for you.

Mediocre food. Great service. Great beer. Great cocktails. Wings tasted warmed up and sauced. Chicken tacos meat was dry. Chips n salsa was decent. Just an average American grill nothing fancy.

Three and a half star establishment actually After driving about 45 minutes on a late Saturday night after we discovered that the Carson's Ribs restaurant Old location was shut down drove to the new location and is yet to be up and running we drove back to our South Side neighborhood family still wanted to have dinner out I quickly Googled area restaurants that are still opened Orland Park quickly came into mind and I wanted to check this place out. I think I actually have it bookmarked and because it was open till 1 a.m. it was the winner of the evening . When we went in ,it was not a lot of customers. Two gatherings were happening by some sorority sisters and some more young ladies , who to me were rather loud I didn't understand why they sat, us with the loud party it was only three of us I don't really want to get into it but we were definitely split by nationalities I would say that Our server was pretty nice upbeat she tried to get to as promptly but she had several large party so I tried to be understanding she couldn't be until as attentive as we would like. For the appetizers we got the Idaho nachos with consisted of waffle fries with cheese on them I asked for a half chicken and half just cheese only originally it comes with bacon I do not eat pork so they put chicken on there for my family sour cream green onions it was really tasty my husband got a half mango and habanero chicken wings as well as the 8 oz steak and my daughter got the spicy chicken sandwich hold the spice and I got 3 of the mahi-mahi tacos All the food was pretty good we left really full my husband also got the Northern beer flight and he was really happy with it so it being open late really save the night may or may not go again

Service was slow even though they weren't crowded when we arrived. The food was just ok, nothing special. I had the salmon and the hubby had a burger. I spotted mildew on the walls in the ladies room, therefore I took off another star. I have very bad asthma and cannot afford to be around anything that may trigger it. We won't be back.
