Place was open late for drive through only. They were quick to take the order but took a little time to fill it. It was made fresh and correct, they were just staffed low late at night. Plenty of parking outside and three different spots to drive in this corner store. View all feedback.
What Makenzie Murazik doesn't like about Dunkin':
Had to park on the side to wait 15 minutes for one medium holiday blend coffee with oat milk. I don't understand why? I actually didn't even get it yet. I'm still waiting. I hope I get it eventually. It was just one coffee. Oh yay I just got it. View all feedback.
I stopped going to this dunkin' about a year ago because the coffee used to always be old or they wouldn't make my order right. Recently I gave this location a chance again and haven't stopped getting my coffee here since, The workers are sweet and actually know what they're doing, my order is always right and it's usually the same younger woman in the drive through with a long black pony tail, i'm always greeted with a warm smile and she always knows what she's doing,
Keep short and sweet , no customer service at all, coffee burnt and the bagel I got was so tuff I could cut glass with it. I wish checked reviews before going .
Manager is very rude and has no customer service skills. the chicago bulls and white sox sometimes offers promotions for free coffees and I have good looks that I often, sometimes once a day and the manager told me I can no longer use my coupons. she pointed out that I ran the system. but I just used the coupons I won through their promotion. I consistently go to this place because it's working on my way, so that I stop there and use a good license to get me a coffee in the morning. not only that I have a voucher once a day I also have a breakfast sandwich along with so that I still spend money in this place, but they interrupted my transaction to tell me that I no longer have my goodwill in the future only because they believe it is not fair for them, although they are completely valid goodwill. never gets to this place again.
Why does my donut taste like she was sitting there for a day or two. more like an old donut. Come on, you better!
Hello , my name is Mohammad Sheikh, i am a regular customer of your company and i enjoy your products. I recently moved to Orland Park IL about 5 months ago. On my way to work and back i go to this Dunkin’ Donuts, there always a little rude but i shrug it off. BUT RECENTLY THEY BEEN TREATING ME TOO BAD! YESTERDAY NIGHT ME AND A FRIEND GO TO BUY A REFRESHER, we know how the refresher tastes we always get it. We pull up to order and no one greets us, so we assumed they were busy, after 4 minutes we started saying “hello” BOTH WORKERS REPLIED AT US YELLING THROUGH THE MICROPHONE! They both replied “WAIT” and “WHAT” . We ordered our drinks and mine was a little heavy but fine, while my friends drink looked like the whole bottle of refresher was put in it, we drove away but we decided to go order another drink, NOT exchange. We pull up to the window and the lady starts yelling at us “NOT TO COME BACK”. I asked her what she can do and she replied YELLING, “I GIVE REFUND, NEVER COME BACK.” I was extremely disrespected and uncomfortable the whole community knows about the place, its disgusting . Is this what dunkin serves? Attitude? Later we asked her if we can order another drink because he didnt get anything she said no i cant take care of you. I ALSO TOOK A VIDEO WHICH EXPLAINS ALOT MORE AND IN READY TO POST IT ON TIK TOK, FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM. I WILL SEND THE VIDEO IF YOU NEED PROOF
