My recent visit to this place was delightful. My parents and I stopped by this place to pick up some ice cream to go. The ice cream we got was good: I ended up getting the Founder's favorite (chocolate chip, pecan, carmel over vanilla).The service was good- our server was helpful and did a great job. I'll definitely be coming back at some point down the road. View all feedback.

The tall, thin, and dark hair guy usually has such poor customer service but today he seems to have taken it further. Perhaps his parents own this particular store because upon asking him for a sample of their new plant based ice cream his reply to me was “ I don’t give samples” as though it’s his call to make. Nothing compares to this place for its incredible flavors and aromas. They've even introduced silk almond milk chocolate cream, perfect for those of us who are lactose intolerant!
The employee who prepared my Earthly Blonde only filled it about three-quarters of the way. When I requested more, their attitude was great. However, when I mixed everything in, the service took a turn; the worker was uncommunicative and had a poor attitude. Overall, the customer service was lacking.
I visited on July 27, 2022, and unfortunately, the restaurant was not clean. The customer service was lacking as well. Overall, it felt like a disappointing experience.
The type behind the counter was clearly checked out, so he hardly mixed in one egg and left half the interference on the counter table instead of the one for the other.
I decided to try something different for my nieces and nephews and bought them gift cards for Easter. They enjoyed the gift cards they said the ice cream was delicious. So now I know if ever I want I can get them more gift cards from there too
