The manager at this location is unsettling and bothersome. He persistently pressured me into taking the buy 3 get 1 free deal, even though all I wanted was a small lemonade. This same tactic was used on other customers as well, and it was quite frustrating. I could see that others were also becoming annoyed, and I completely understand why. I worked there years ago. all the old workers when I was here are long gone, but the cinnabons are really delicious.
Placed an order on Grubhub for a classic 6 pack. The recipt the grubhub driver handed me also said Classic 6 Pack, however Cinnabon gave the Grubhub driver the Mini-Bon Pack, and not the classic 6 pack. Tried calling the store, no one answers, and you cant even leave a voicemail because you get the Voicemail box is full error message.
Staff needs more training on the technical things. And they need to cheer up ?
The worst location I’ve ever visited! Doesn’t even taste like the original cinnabon! Save your money and go somewhere else.
