I called ahead at 9 PM to confirm that they were open, and the person on the phone said yes. However, when I arrived at the drive-thru, no one answered, and the doors were locked. This isn't the first time this has happened either.

I visited the restaurant with my family on a Sunday evening around 8:20 PM. Their hours indicate they close at 9 PM, but when we arrived, the doors were locked and the staff inside were simply watching us.

This Dunkin franchise has undergone quite a few changes over the past 20 years, sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse. Right now, it doesn't feel like the reliable donut shop it used to be. When we purchased a dozen donuts, most of them were damaged, so we won’t be returning for that again. The coffee, however, is consistently good, so we will continue to grab our coffee from here. Unfortunately, apart from the decent coffee, there isn’t much else to get excited about. What a shame.
