Barnes Noble Cafe - Orland Park

Although this location is far away from where I normally go, I like the friendly employees and service here. When I was shopping, an employee stopped and asked me if I need help, she helped me find the item I was looking for. I would highlyrecommend this store 10/10!

My girlfriend and I went to the Orland Park, IL location on 8/3/22. Loved the great selection of books and products. And our drink selections were excellent too.

The restaurant offers a wide range of options and the customer service was outstanding. Even though it was quite busy, the cashier was quick and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful selection of books, crafts, and toys for kids! Make sure to stop by the Starbucks upstairs before you head out!

The restaurant offers a fantastic variety of books and games. The customer service is excellent, and they have a good selection of coffee as well.

After diligently searching the shelves without success, Nikki asked if she could check in the back for the book. If it wasn't there, she kindly offered to place an order for me to have it delivered to my front door. When she returned, she led me to the service desk, where we completed the order. While I was there, I discovered a book I’m really excited about called "The Miracle Ball Method" by Elaine Petrone! The book I ordered, "Longevity Paradox" by Dr. Gundry, comes highly recommended. As I made my way to the cash wrap to finalize my order, I met another wonderful associate named Kamaria. She was so friendly and professional, and her bright smile really made my day! She even encouraged me to become a Barnes & Noble member, which I’m thrilled about! A huge thank you to Kamaria for being so patient and kind! This was my first visit to this particular store, and because of the fantastic service from Nikki and Kamaria, I will definitely be returning. They welcomed me so warmly, and I’m excited to come back! Thank you, Barnes & Noble, for hiring such wonderful professionals!
