Amazing customer service! The manager on shift lex made sure I didn’t feel rushed and answered a few menu questions I had. My 8 year old is allergic to various things and the manager explained and showed me how Arbys is one of the few places that we can trust not have to worry as much. I will definitely come back. Well the owner needs to know that the staff blew off several customers in the drive thru tonight. Staff were screaming at customers through the speaker and telling everyone that they would take care of them when they were d% good and ready. Four people including me left. Today we visited this Arby's in Orland Park, 157th Harlem for lunch. First and foremost, the Manager took our order. She needs training in customer service skills. She's not friendly nor welcoming. The food wasn't good..nothing was hot. I would never visit this location again. If I can recall, Sgt. Manager use to work at the Arby's in Schereville, Indiana and she has the same rude personality. It's definitely a turn off. She takes orders like like she's in the Military. When I saw that it was her, I should have taken my business elsewhere. We spent too much money to get terrible food and service. I will NOT be visiting this location AGAIN until customer service improves. ?
I ordered three 2 for $7 dollars, only got two of them. Try calling no answer just ring away.Ordered online, never had a problem with other orders.Now I'm out a meal.
I went in there with my son and daughter each had there own money my son oreder first then my daughter they we're not busy at all drive thru had 2 cars and inside 4 custormers my two kids when fiest then the other 2 my daughter receipt said that she place her order at 6:27pm my son had to wait 15min to get his order my daughter's got her order at 6:57pm and that because i went to tell them that what was going on with my daughter order my son was done with his meal he other 2 custormers had left already and the employee who i asked for my daughters order said to me that i had to wait because they were backed up i told him i've been waiting too long all three employees gave me attitude when they were giving me the order they slam the tray on the counter and didn't say nothing and not only the gave me the wrong order and they got more mad and started calling me name on ther headset to each other i use to come to this arbys but no more they losy a loyal custormer bye.
Fries where warm and hard fish not fried all the way only good thing was the super sandwich will not bur at this arbyParking: plenty
