Taco Bell - Orland Hills

The food at this restaurant is not good! There is always a long wait and they are constantly short-staffed. I will not be coming back here. The food is always overcooked, especially the tacos which stick to the paper and the shells rip open. The shells are either too crispy or too soft, making it difficult to eat without a fork. The Crunchwrap I tried tasted terrible, so I had to throw it out. The cleanliness of the restaurant is also questionable, with dirty restrooms and no soap to wash your hands. It is concerning that the employees are not able to wash their hands properly without soap. Who is managing this place?

I went inside to place my order at this restaurant. The server was friendly, but the bill ended up being a little over 50 dollars. Unfortunately, I had to wait over 20 minutes to receive my food. Additionally, the boxes did not have any sauces as the server had asked, and some of the tacos were made with a Dorito shell that I did not request. Furthermore, I was missing three cups of nacho cheese. I tried calling the restaurant three times, but there was no answer. I am very disappointed with the customer service and will be calling again. Overall, my experience was absolutely terrible.
