The pasta was not Al dente but really undercooked and hard and overall the food was bland . It would not be rated so bad for instance in UK, but in Sardinia where even the most simple restaurant at every village serves food full of taste and flavour, this one lags behind. The restaurant plays posh game but maybe less posh and more stress on kitchen quality and authenticity would be better.

It seems like this slow service is only reserved for tourists as everyone around us (all Italians) got served before us. A few tables that arrived after us even finished and left before we had our food. Looking back at some other comments, it seems like we are not the other foreigners this happened to. A shame.
