Sweet Mae's Bakery - Oriskany

I chose Sweet May based on (always authentic) Yelp reviews and boy I'm glad I found it! That was last year, for the first birthday of my son, really sweet May, could take my order for a last minute Cars theed cake, and it was a hit. Not only was it nice, but I had people who don't usually eat cakes coming for seconds and asked to take more home. You should have seen the guests' faces turn with the first bite. So many guests tell me they never had cakes that tasted so good, made my day a hostess. So naturally this year, on his 2nd birthday, I went back to May for a fire extinguisher design and she delivered a MASTERPIECE. I was and still amazed. The detail was incredible, took me a while to calm down and actually leave her shop when I took it up. At the party some guests asked if I would actually cut it because it was so beautiful. It was a bittersweet moment, but I had to. She will blow you away with both the artery and the taste.

Sweet May makes some of the best cakes I've ever tasted. She is such a charming and nice person who helped me design a beautiful cake for my birthday. I'm so happy she's in the neighborhood, so I can always come and yummy dessert!

I can't do enough about May's customer service and the absolutely ruthless sweets she does, rave enough. It only uses the freshest ingredients and you can say it. I used it for all three birthdays of my children and she did an excellent job every time! They have always been beautiful and delicious works of art! Thank you May!!!

May is amazing. She makes her cakes fresh and they are definitely a crowd pleaser. I use her for all my events and she never fails to impress. She takes time to understand and deliver exactly what you want!
