Was Madisen Lehner at Big Boy a mag?
They were very busy. Short staffed .(2 people out sick). People waiting were patient. Not a long wait ,maybe 10 minutes. Servers were running like crazy. When we were seated,we had to wait a few minutes but not long. We had great service and great food. Will go back again. Be kind to the people who did show up to do their job. View all feedback.
What Greg Grimes dislikes about Big Boy:
The server was polite, but that's all I can say that was positive about my experience at this restaurant. The food was large, but poorly cooked and unappetizing. They initially gave me a discount of $1.35 as requested, but then only reduced my bill by $6.99 because I ate some of the food. This was the worst dinner I have ever had. The service was rude and the food was poorly prepared at this restaurant. I ordered a Slim Jim sandwich to go and was put off by the rude service, which seemed almost angry. The sandwich itself was also disappointing, with large, inedible sesame seeds in the bread. It was clear that the staff lacked proper training in food preparation. It's understandable that they may struggle to find good help, but they should still strive to make edible food, especially considering the current increase in prices. While the line cooks may not be skilled chefs, it is not acceptable for a sandwich to be so poorly made. Ultimately, this points to poor management and a focus on profits over quality.
The food was delicious, but it was the staff that truly made the experience exceptional. Despite being a popular and busy restaurant, they work hard to provide excellent service. The claw machines are a fun way to pass the time while waiting for your meal. I really enjoyed my time here.
I love big boy. I was often a child with my family, so it's a little nostalgic for me. this is beautiful. I order a patty melt in the rule, but this time I have a big boy burger with fritten. I command a side of the ranch to dip my frits, the ranch of the big is delicious. I also ordered a pancake and a chocolate malt. it was all delicious to say nothing else.
