I would give 5 starts for the sandwich... it's flavorful and their bread is amazing! On the other hand, I didn't have a good experience with the service. I asked for the combo (sand. drink chips), and I paid for all. However, When my order was ready, I only got the sandwich and the chips, because the cashier said (twice, in front of the others custumers): Ok. you can get it, but you didn't pay for it. Today, on 11/12/21, I ordered a sandwich online during my lunch break. I must say, the restaurant was extremely busy with orders like I have never seen before. Despite the high demand, I received my sandwich after a short wait, and it was made perfectly. Unlike the Rockridge-Grundfrau who complained about her order being wrong with her large stroller in tow, I urge customers to be patient and wait their turn. We should respect the hardworking sandwich makers, as they deserve recognition for their efforts. If you ever see this, I appreciate you and your dedication.
I recently had a delicious pastrami sandwich at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and quick, although they did spell my name incorrectly on my order. Despite this small issue, I would still give them a 5-star rating.

The service was great. the worker who took part in me was very nice and at the point. I think her name was gaby. overall the service was great. I'm sure I came back the sandwiches was really good.
Great sandwhich, and they have Zapps chips! However, like others have mentioned, the price is a but steep for a sandwich and bag of chips.
