The restaurant is consistently understaffed, resulting in very slow service. Unfortunately, the hardworking employees bear the brunt of customer complaints due to management's decision not to schedule enough staff, possibly to cut labor costs for a bonus at the end of the quarter. The majority of the staff are polite and friendly. As a regular at this Timmy's, a few team members are familiar with my order and the times I typically visit.
