St. Louis Grill - Orillia

Food was acceptable. Ordered the boneless wings but they were very salty. Tried one of my friends wings and they were fine so perhaps avoid the boneless ones. On the other hand, the service was prompt and friendly. Was eating outside and the waitress brought out a large bowl of water for my puppy.

I ordered the chicken club and the chicken came out raw!!!! When brought to the waitress’ attention she tried to tell it was vein the (chicken was pink and ****) and got into an argument with me I told her I wanted to speak to the manager. He said she was having a bad day and shouldn’t have brought attitude into work with her. There was absolutely no reason for her argue and yell at me. I’m just hoping I don’t get food poisoning!! My husband was totally grossed out.

Very quiet, small environment.... Our server was very attentive and welcoming. Food, excellent... The honey cajun chicken sandwich was hot, juicy and crispy... i fully enjoyed my meal. My dad is never impressed by ribs, these ones seemed to blow him away.

Gabs was the missing ingredient I needed asked for a beer and it was already under my nose. Top notch Quality service always.

Terribly managed. Not enough staff, food was wrong. Took so long that the food was cold and needed to go so we had to take it to go. And the food seemed to be reheated a couple of times. That said the server was good and understood. Told us the kitchen messed up and the night before they did not staff properly. I feel like driving back to get a refund.
