Mcdonald's - Orillia

If I could give negative I would. Just went in the the Walmart McDonald’s. Old woman manager was working. Heaven forbid she smiles. The lack of costumer service is beyond me. I felt like I was bugging her because I forgot to order something else. The nastiest look on her face the entire time. At least this time it didn’t smell nasty. Just nasty service and nasty looks. Food: 1

Just oreder from there app and had a horrendous experience as everything was ice cold and needed to be thrown out after my child got sick from it being 10 mins from consumption not impressed with this so called professional business as my boyfriend has worked for the memorial street business and they also support hiring students which in the long run are poisoning people due to the lack of training provided and not know how to properly handle food no wonder he just walked out In 22 with no notice knowing the health hazard they are creating P.s osha and etc may get involved

It's so frustrating to communicate your order as if you are talking to a child. And they still get it wrong. Plus never any sauce for nuggets.... Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible customer service, burnt hashbrowns, always manage to forget a part of my order, cold breakfast. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$20–30

There is a lady that works the night shift who is very rude. She snaps easy. She rages when she has to repeat herself. It should be obvious by now its often hard to hear people clearly when they have their mask on.
