Kfc - Orillia

Hadn't gone in a while. Overpriced for crappy food. the kid at the back dropped popcorn chicken on the counter, the lady with the gray hair, took them and pushed them on the other side of the window on the table where the kid was working. a few seconds later when he believed nobody was watching, he put them back in the bowl. Shorty after a costumer returned to the counter with onion rings stating she had ordered fries. Told her it would be a few minutes for fries. left the onion rings on the counter for a while. When I got my order, I had two fries no onion rings. She grabbed the onion rings brought them to the back and dumped them in whatever the other onion rings were and filled my box with these same onion rings that went to another customer's table, who knows what the kids might have done to them, then they served them to me. Imagine what they do to the food that we can't see... stay away from that place.

Staff are very friendly so that is definitely a bonus, however, I can't handle that food!!! It tastes so fake, I have trouble swallowing it. Won't be going back anytime in the near future

Lousy service and a big waste of money! The order taker is very rude, slow and the portion size is not even close to being worth the money they charge!

Staff are terrible and food taste disgusting. I will not going back to this KFC. I rather go to popeye '. Can't wait popeyes orillia to open.

Great staff, ALWAYS service with a smile!!! This is one of the few franchises that takes pride in how the food is prepared!!!
