KFC - Orillia

I have to say that no one has spent more money over the years on KFC than me.

What a terrible locationFood was okay, but place dirty and staff uselessThey were very slow and messed up our order 3 times.

We went to the KFC on Atherley in Orillia on Tuesday afternoon around 4 pm. First of alp, we were surprised that the drive through was closed, just a little inconvenience, or so we thought. We went inside, placed our order, only to wait over 45 minutes! To be fair, there were some other customers inside, and it appeared that everything was running smoothly, BUT, that was not the case... & as there were only 2 employees working, orders were getting mixed up! As I was standing at the counter, with a bag of KFC in front of me, attempting to verify my order, a woman behind me just grabbed the bag, (which it turned out to be our order) and walked out, leaving us with the wrong order again!) Not only was I fuming at the long wait & mix up in orders, the audacity of that lady who grabbed our order left me speechless! If they were short staffed, the manager should have brought in more part time staff, or the franchise owner should have been called in...or our meal should have been given to us for free. Not about to go back to this location again.

Is it just me or has KFC found the smallest chickens in the world to serve now! Used to be a bucket was a bucket now they are a box and the price is really too expensive for what you get. The pieces are too small and half the time overdue and dried out.

Not bad if you have 15 minutes to wait for your order while sitting in the drive through. Don't come here often at all but needed something to tide me over for the day and it was closest - and i thought would be quick. WRONG! I waited at the drive through window before ANYONE came to take my money for 15 minutes after ordering. Fries were hot - sandwich was very cold. I regretted coming and ordering after 5 minutes of sitting there but couldnt bring myself to leave. Likely wont return, and will never risk the drive through again. I will say the worker was very friendly when he did show - but not enough to make up for my disappointment. Also - NO juice options - just pop? odd!
