The food was warm and pretty typical.. eggs , bacon, potatoes toast. Everything alright. Watch out for the sausages.. there are hotdogs in there as well. Hotdogs for breakfast? The service was ok.. our server wasn't very friendly at all. All in all... a quick mediocre meal. View all feedback.
After a trip to Rama for some entertainment, we stumbled across this restaurant by accident and were delighted. All four of us agreed that we've never had such attentive and happy service from all the staff. Coffees were immediately refilled, and new manager, Adam, made a point of welcoming us and asking about our trip. There is a LOT of variety to choose from, and it's true that not everything was super hot and the bacon wasn't crisp, but we had no problem filling our plates with a variety of tasty things. We were almost alone in the place when we arrived at 9:45 am, but within 20 minutes the place started filling up with the Brunch crowd, so I suggest you go nice and early for best value from the buffet. We enjoyed ourselves and will encourage others to give it a shot. We'll come again next trip to Orillia.
The place is clean and tidy. Not a glowing thing to start with, but other than this there is little to comment on. The food is ok and plentiful but not inspiring for a breakfast.Nore was really hot. and you could not get fresh made eggs to order unless you bought off the menu at additional price. They could resolve that with one person dedicated to an omelet station.I don't see a return in the future.
Stopped here on a recent Saturday morning. Very clean, lots of selection, but none of the hot items were hot! Don't think I'll be a repeat customer although a number of the diners must be - waitresses called several by name which is nice.
Well there's always lots of space and they have a stamp card to keep you coming back. Very clean but food is limited in quantity of choices.
We went to breakfast this morning, Sunday Oct 24 as we had never been to it before. It has been open for most of this year. They have decent tables and chairs. the waitress was friendly, and brought coffee when she saw we were out. They have a good sized buffet - scrambled eggs, omelets, bacon, ham, sausages, 2 types of potatoes, salad bar, desserts and toast. But we found it a bit greasy and the food was warm only. The waitress was good as they have a children or a senior discount and she told us about it. But the sign outside says free coffee or tea up to ten o'clock, but does not say not on sat. or sunday's. She says it only applies mon to friday. The sign should say that. She also said that at 10 o'clock they add a lot more stuff to the buffet - eg liver and onions this morning (for example). We were leaving about 10 to 10.But it is reasonably priced $8.95 each or less as we got the senior discount. We probably will not go back, as it was just average. But for anyone with a large appetite, they do have lots of variety.
