Gee's Hamburgers - Orillia

Great tasting burgers. The kids love the onion rings. And the fries are fantastic. It's a great old style burger joint. For you tourists from the GTA, if you liked Apache Burger, this is MUCH better.

I have driven past this burger restaurant countless times and always wanted to try it. I finally made a special trip to Orillia just to have a burger at Gee's, and I am so glad I did. Despite being a big eater, I struggled to finish my meal due to the delicious fresh cut fries, large burger patty, and amazing milkshake (offered in various flavors). All the items were fantastic and served quickly, all for around $10. I will definitely be returning to Gee's again and again, as no other burger joint in town can rival their quality. Highly recommended.

The place is now called Orilla Grill. It's a Mediterranean style restaurant with some definite growing pains. The owner obviously knows what he's doing but the staff are unorganized and it reflects in the care when it comes to food prep and customer service. It's nice to have this style of food in Orillia but the blandly rice and uncooked roasted potatoes hurt the better than average kabob. I would try it again but I think it would be wise to carefully choose and watch the food and prep.

Awesome BIG burgers (fried onion topping, yum!) & home made Fries , good onion rings too. Prices are good value for what you get. Fast & friendly services. We'll be back on our next visit to Orillia

Just had a chicken souvlaki on a pita and it was great! Fresh and tasty, homemade souvlaki and tzatziki!
