The service was quite slow, as it took more than an hour for us to receive our food after placing our order. Additionally, when my wife finished her iced tea, she discovered a Heineken beer label at the bottom of her glass. I can only assume that the ice used in her drink was mixed with beer—quite unappetizing.

We were pleased with all aspects of our dining experience however as we paid our bill we unaware as hotel guests we were entitled to a discount on our meal.

Great food choices for all- even a few gluten free options for me. Prices were reasonable too. Service was great- even with how busy it was. We would go back for sure.

The food was disappointing. My veggie burger came out cold, with a stale bun that was inedible. The burger itself was dry and had burnt edges. I hardly touched my meal, but there was no discount offered. While the server was friendly, they should have addressed the food issue. On the plus side, the cocktail was enjoyable. The total for two burgers, a kids' burger, one beer, and a cocktail was $87.00. I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here!

The service was truly terrible. It took ages for our server to even take our drink order. When our food arrived, there were no utensils provided, and when we asked, she claimed they were in the dishwasher. We ended up waiting nearly 5 minutes for cutlery after our food was served. One of our side orders was missing, and when we inquired about it, we were told they were still cooking the fries and we would have to wait. I've never experienced such poor service at any restaurant before.
