The chicken here is highly recommended, providing a well-priced, clean, and well-managed dining option. However, other reviews highlight issues with service, cold food, and cleanliness concerns. The lack of proper communication regarding closing hours and overpriced menu items has left some customers feeling disappointed. Despite this, the Angus Beef burgers and sweet potato fries receive positive mentions. Overall, this A&W offers a mixed experience depending on individual preferences and expectations.
Stopped in for a quick bite. Chose to "eat in" and then couldn't leave fast enough. Staff were loud and giggling. Had a friend visiting and proceeded to say at the top of their voices about all the changes and new things and result being no raises for them. We were the only customers there. Someone needs to coach staff on good manners when customers are trying to eat a meal.
Enjoy going for lunch and getting the Papa Burger Combo, with root beer. Same good taste all the time. Fast service in drive thru. Good Service, good prices.
I truly wonder how this restaurant is still in business. It always seems busy and every time I go there my food is wrong, and/or cold. Maybe it's just me.
Stopped in for a quick late night bite and it was good. You can count on consistency, typical fast food but good.
Takes a lot to make someone's worst service restaurant. It is fast food, so I don't expect top of the line service but the food took 30 minutes, they ran out of food for the order, the staff were verbally fighting each other, a staff member left the grill in anger, the interior was absolutely destroyed and dirty with wrappers and dishes all over the place, and there were no clean tables. The food is also overpriced compared to other fast food places. Never eat here, ever. Go to memorial avenue for other choices
