We decided to visit this bar in the last day of our stay in Las Colinas. Being fully satisfied with the Spanish specialities, we wish however, radical food alteration. The choice was very good. Sushi was interesting, tasteful and fresh. Because of other group of visitors, we were waiting bit long. But it`s worth. View all feedback.
What Marina Pacheco doesn't like about Enso Sushibar:
8 people looking forward to a Saturday night poolside at Enso Sushi at La Colinas Beach Club. The setting was really nice but the sushi did not meet our expectations. We had different kind of maki. We missed ponzu to the sashimi and tempura maki. The biggest disappointment came with the bill they charged virgin cocktails for the same as cocktails with alcohol. 12 Euros for a drink mix and water is not good. Unfortuna... View all feedback.
One of the best sushi restaurants I've been to. Match the sushi to a Mar de Frades Albariño or, if like me you're a bit weird, a bottle of Muga Rioja and your in heaven. Go after dark when the golf course backdrop is well little, take good company and you're done. We love it. In the summer they move Enzo to the Las Colinas beach club...now that is an awesome venue. You MUST try Enzo overlooking the under-lit infinity pool from an elevated position above Playa Flamenca beach. A real experience.
Visited here for lunch. Although I have played golf here numerous times this was the first time I had been to Enso. What a treat, the best sushi I have ever had and the service from Miriam was fantastic. It was her first day and her manner, attentiveness and professionalism was a credit to Enso. They are closed on a Monday so check the website before you go for times.
Went for lunch and we we hugely impressed. Food was prepared from fresh by the resident sushi chef and it was excellent. Chef also provided us with a complimentary piece each in addition to our order. Miriam our waitress was lovely and friendly. View of the golf course is spectacular also and adds to the lovely ambience. Will definitely be returning. Note: is closed on mondays.
This is by far the best sushi I have ever had, the presentation is beautiful and the taste amazing, even my 6 year old couldn’t get enough of it! The view is right on the last hole of the Las Colinas golf course and at sunset the setting is stunning. The children played on the grass and we had Sangria (which is also the best I’ve ever tasted! . Highly recommend!
We got a very good sushi in Enso Sushibar at Las Colinas and we will be back. Service was very good and we got mixed sushi from the chef and very good white house vine.
