What Yeray Zaragoza doesn't like about Agra Palace:
We have eaten at numerous Indian restaurants in the UK and abroad over many years. This is by far the worst that we have been to. We ordered pakoras for starter which were very dry and solid. Our main order was two biryanis which didn 't have much rice and were very wet and soaked in sauce, so much so that if we had added the side sauce that comes with this meal it would have turned into a soup. They do special deals with bottles of wine even if ordering a takeaway. They will cook the food to your specifications and are very friendly
One of the most expensive take away meals that was inedable king prawn puri that was 3 small shrimps the shiek kebabs were drier than the desert in fact the only thing we are was the popadoms I will go out of my way to tell everyone o know never go there I'm disgusted !!!

Our main order was two biryanis which didn 't have much rice and were very wet and soaked in sauce, so much so that if we had added the side sauce that comes with this meal it would have turned into a soup. When we pointed this out to the waiter he replied biryani is normally drier than this but he made it wet for you . He quickly disappeared into the kitchen before we could ask him why? . There was not a single word of apology or any attempt to rectify the situation. We paid the other waiter and left without eating. We would not go back there even if they offered free food.

Visited Agra Palace with my family and baby. They offer a really good early bird menu of starter, main with side and drink for £8 from 5pm-8pm, which is good for us with the baby, when a lot of places don't open until 18:30-19:00. Seated straight away and staff very friendly and speak very good english. There was lots of choice and curry was made fresh and tasted just as described. Good meat and vegetarian options. Plenty poppadoms, only downside was that the starters did not feel fresh and possibly frozen. Maybe because we visited out of season so quieter. But ended the meal with complimentary shots.
