I love coming here and the employees are so sweet. The three star rating is due to the fact that managment doesn't seem to care about their employees. Constantly making them work by themselves creating a very stressful work environment and angry customers. Employees rock! Management do better, you are failing your people and customers. Ordered a sub and a salad this evening. Drove 10 miles home. Sub wasn’t toasted. Bread was raw and doughy! Called and was told they couldn’t give me any info on who the owner of the franchise was or a manager name. They refused to even give me anyones name. Finally got Jordan on the phone and she told me “sorry” was all she could offer, not a refund or anything. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Total rip-off and very unprofessional staff! Employees at this location told my fiancé and I that they were closing the register down so they weren’t going to make us any sandwiches. This was 15 minutes before they were going to close.
