Best fish chips I've had and there is a lot of competition on Orewa. Especially the chips, done perfectly. The portion size of the fish is a bit small and customer service isn't that great, but still 5 stars because of the excellent value for money, and one of the few places that's open on Monday. Not a place I'd recommend to eat in but the takeaways and the buffet is delicious. The buffet option is great value.
A go-to fish and chip shop when in Orewa, as it is way less over-salted than the local competitors. The deep-fried special 'B ' (which is a scoop of chips, a piece of fish, and a hot dog on a stick) is a tasty and substantial (and, most importantly, cost effective) meal for one. Definitely one of the best takeaway stores on the Coast!
Food was nice! I had combination meats chow mein and chips lots of meat nice fresh veggies, chips were great! Best Chinese takeaways around I will be going back to try other dishes
I had wonton soup, $12. It was very yummy, big portion. Love it! Reasonable, freshly made
