Total disregard for customer service. They only allowed us to refill our drinks twice, violating the terms of the agreement. The cashiers imposed their own rules on how much we could serve. I give this diner a rating of 1.

Complete self-governance. They wouldn't let us drink as much as we wanted from the cup! They are breaking their agreement. Never go to this dive!
