Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Small portion of fries the food was all cold. Sad disappointing

Chicken Finger Plate 6 Fingerz chicken was chewy and not fully cooked!!!

Without a doubt, it will be somewhere else I will find that I find better, but also with places like raising canes, which now get all the bus, I prefer zaxbys. we're just getting the chicken pliers. the sauces are good, and the huh was always crispy with beautiful aromas and seasoning when we bought.

Went thru drive thru and went I asking if I could substitute fries for cheese curds was told nope I then asked for a 3 piece with them instead of meal was told can't do that either then I had to ask so what can I do then. Ended up with cold chicken and small portions. I will say I ended up inside and it was clean also this was at 12:15 so your typical lunch time

I’m not sure what has happened to this location recently, but it has gone downhill FAST. I just waited 30 minutes in the drivethru, during normal dinner hours, with only one other car in front of me the entire time. Each of us only got food for one person. After that wait, I was given the wrong order (didn’t check until I got home). The good news? The guy literally just walked over and handed me the food without saying one thing and then walked away. So an extra star for the (wrong) food being free!
