Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Orem

We ordered 6 smoothies and when I sent my employee to go get them, they were giving her attitude which we guess was because it’s early and we ordered more than one drink.

Today I went to buy me a Acai Berry Boost smoothie and the credit card was taking too long to accept my payment, so I paid with cash $8.00 to the cashier still took my money out my debit card. I tried calling several times to report it, but no one answers the phone. I buy my smoothie everyday from this place and this is how they treat their customer is to double pay the customer. Very disappointing

Took one bite and there was a bread clip inside the wrap. Very sad considering I come here regularly.

There was one employee that was working harder than all of the others. This employee was very nice and helpful while the other employees seemed to be in a bad mood and very short with customers.
