We visited Thai evergreen several weeks ago and the food was great! The pad thai was the best! Tonight we came back to Thai Evergreen, the food was not the same quality we experienced a couple of weeks ago. The cream cheese wontons were so so good, but the curry and chicken satay weren’t as satisfying. The massaman curry was grainy and had a strong tomato taste, which I have never experienced at any other thai restaurant. The chicken satay was good, but the flavors weren’t as intense as last time, like it had been watered down. I’m guessing this was just a bad night, but the inconsistencies are disappointing. We will likely come back, but we may visit other Thai restaurants before we do.
