Subway - Orem

Disappointing, this store should definitely takeoff that they are 24 hours getting off the freeway with hungry kids because I was steered wrong and just to see three people inside with the lights on… everything appearing to be open just to be told that they were closed at 9 PM. Be a proactive professional company and take down inaccurate hours. It’s 2022 for Christ sake people rely on at least accurate hours of operation. That’s Okay the pizza place was happy take my money.

This is the worst subway I’ve been to. They are so very slow when they actually work. I have seen them park their car at the entrance of the drive thru to stop cars from coming in. They NEVER answer their phone. Worst managed establishment I’ve seen.

This subway is supposed to be open 24/7. But for the last year, this place is hit or miss on whether it is open. I showed up at 9:20 PM and the door was locked. I saw two employees making a sandwich. They said it was closed. I pointed to the 24 hour sign and they said it was closed. Perhaps this location needs to rethink it's hours and then repost them if it is not actually going to be open 24/7.

They are not open 24 hours. They were closed at 9:30pm. The two employees were inside making themselves a sandwich and eating. Seems like these employees need to be fired because they shut down the store just to eat food and not have to serve any employees. 5Sept2022 by the way for corporate to have whoever was working at the time be fired.
