When we returned a few hours later, there was a line of about seven cars. I really hope they had more staff on, but if not, those two definitely deserve a raise! View all feedback.

I dined out tonight and noticed that it took a long time for my drink to arrive. I didn’t want to add to the crowd they were already dealing with, so I decided to leave. It seemed like the staff was significantly understaffed and overwhelmed. View all feedback.

The cherry slushie was fantastic, but while I was in the drive-thru, I saw the server grab my cup. He then picked up another cup that had fallen to the floor and put it back on the rack for the next customer. That cup should have gone in the trash!
I ordered the Reba Valentine's special for $8.99 through the app. After hitting pay, I noticed they added a $2.50 upcharge for the special. I asked the server about this, but they just walked away. I live nearby and will not be coming back. I'm removing my credit card information and deleting the app. Also, there were no ketchup packets provided. Great experience!
Every time we visit, the service is extremely slow. We ordered three sodas and waited over 40 minutes. It's just unacceptable.
Gota love classic Sonic. I always go here when I need something cheap or if I'm looking for something after 10:30pm they are one of the only places open late.
Waited about 20 minutes in a drive thru with only two cars for a very simple order.

I 'm so disappointed. This used to be a good place. But the past 6 months I 've gone their ice cream machine has been broken . Then when I order something else it takes 30 minutes plus. The employees are not the nicest. Today a miracle their ice creammachine worked so I ordered a Carmel shake. Then I dumped it into a different cup so it was easier to hold. There was absolutelyno Carmel in it. It literally just tastes like a vanilla shake. Will not be going back to the Orem location.
I was in line late at night to grab a shake. While talking to my pregnant daughter-in-law on the phone right after ordering, she mentioned she was craving a shake. When I got up to the window and I mentioned that now I had to park and order another shake,the drive thru employee kindly said he would take the order for me and let me pay right there. Then he asked me to move up pastthe window and he had someone run it out to me as soon as it was done. That?s great customer service. I had one very happydaughter-in-law as a result!
My husband and I went here this morning for their breakfast burrito and this is what we got?I get not loading up burritos but this is ridiculous
I'm highly disappointed in the results of our order tonight. We paid to have it delivered. It got to us fast enough, maybe too fast. We were missing about half of our order. It's expensive food. Having it delivered only adds to that expense. Perhaps Iset my expectations too high. I prepared myself that the food may not be as hot as we prefer to eat it. And it was cold. I'mnot usually unreasonable in what I expect can be done here. But I wasn't prepared for half the order to not be there. It hada huge impact on our dinner tonight. Every single one of us was missing 1+ items and left disappointed. The kids especially. Iwanted to blame the delivery driver. But usually they don't have full access to all the contents. And are delivering what wasgiven to them. So I feel the order was offered to the driver incomplete. All or nothing, should be given to the driver todeliver to the customer. Unless the customer is contacted and agrees to the changes. It's respectful and I'm not generally aKaren. I don't like to complain. I'm not asking for more than I paid for. Just something close to it would have worked. Pleasefind a solution to this issue so I can feel confident placing orders here again. Thank you
We had to drive 20 minutes to Sonic Drive-in because the location in AF closed at 7. Unfortunately, they forgot the meat on my sister's hamburger, which meant her gift card went to waste.
