Love this place but the location has been closed early every time i have gone at night and their hours say 11 pm. Very frustrating to not know the hours.
Favorite Boba shop! Love to spill the tea whike we sip the tea. Sharetea is for the girls
I originally rated 3 for service because I think they are closed? The last two times I’ve been by they’ve been closed and I love their drinks, so I’m sad signage about when you’ll reopen or if you’re coming back would be the best! Otherwise, love this place, please come back Edit: thank you for your response! Following on insta, 5 stars yall. Tip for others: follow their Instagram acct for more information!
The owner is amazing, going out of their way to do fun deals and being so generous and kind to our group. We had a blast between hanging out after a long day and the drinks is great like any sharetea.
If you go there at 9:25 pm, you may get turned away despite two signs which state they close at 11. If you read the reviews, evidently there 's an issue increasing in frequency: being closed during business hours. I feel that what we encountered was the owner lying that he couldn 't get through the line of guests before closing time, to justify sending us away, so he could close early. If you want to leave your business more than you want the customers already inside the door, just change your posted hours, dude. We loved it when it first opened. Became acquainted with the owner and his parents and their dog and the owner 's other business in Cottonwood area. We were all about it posting online and racking up the loyalty stamp cards. Then I had two back to back bad experiences. We didn 't go back for a couple years. On the return occasion, we drove across town, skipping other boba places, to give it another go. 9:25 pm and about a dozen guests in line... Immediately upon entering, a guest told us, I think they 're closed. Confused and looking between the signs and the owner, the owner stated he can 't get through the line before closing time. A dozen drinks in 95 min? Let 's say it takes 5 minutes per drink and there are 12 customers... That 's 60 minutes. Let 's also say he wants to prevent more customers so he can close earlier.... Change the hours, dude. I was a little stunned and wished to give him our back story. But my customer entitlement aside, you might reconsider if it 's past 9:25 pm. You might consider the possibility of running into this issue at any time, based on the picture painted by various reviews.
